Oven Materials

• The powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich structure design.
• Rock wool board insulation of at least 100mm thick is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins to get an optimum insulation effect.

Burner

Italy imported Riello burner takes full utilization of fuels to warm the entire chamber and gives much quicker raise to a required temperature.

Circulation Fan

Circulation fan cycles the hot air through the entire chamber, which maintains a uniformly heated chamber and ensures objects to be heated evenly.

PLC Controller

• The heating unit and fan system are controlled via the PLC controller.

Transport System

Two sets of trolleys equipped ensures high purity painted elements. The inner trolley with loaded objects will be pushed into the oven chamber for curing circles, whose castor movement across the track makes it less manual efforts of operation. Outer trolley helps to carry the inner trolley for outside transportation.
