Cartridge Filters

• Quick-release type cartridge filters can be manually removed and replaced without special tools, meeting the requirement of frequent color change.

Filter Cleaning System

• Pulse-jetting device regularly removes the powder that captured by filters to maintain peak performance.
• The self-cleaning enables used powder to be intermittently discharged into a recovery hopper beneath the filter stage.

Fan

• The air in the workshop is drawn into the spray booth through the powerful fan, which drags the powder paint from the overspray towards filters for complete capture.

Removable Powder Collector
